After three years in prison, Cruella de Vil has been cured of her lust for fur coats by Dr. Pavlov. She gets rid of her old fur but when she sees Dipstick and his puppies Domino, Little Dipper, and Oddball and she wants the 102 puppies for the ultimate fur coat.
Cruella along with Alonzo and Jean-Pierre LePelt scheme to set up Kevin Sheppard, the owner of the animal shelter where Cruella spent her community service for the police to investigate so Cruella and company can get all the puppies she needs for her coat. Cruella kidnaps and imprisons them in her fur factory. But Cruella forgets one Dalmatian, Oddball, who was born without any spots.
Oddball manages to rescue her family and all the other puppies kidnapped by Cruella!
